Where does my data live?

In your own private database. Every company on Yardro gets its own private database, so your clients, pricing, and job costs are never rows in a shared system another company can touch. Your Yardro runs at your own address (yourcompany.yardro.com) with its own encryption key.

Do crew members and clients cost extra?

No. Crew time-clock logins and client portal access are free and unlimited on every plan. You pay a flat monthly price. Crew and Build include a set number of office logins and Scale has no limit. An office login is one person in your office who builds estimates and runs the books.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?
